A stain repellent protector applied to the fabric comes with a five year guarantee, and peace of mind. Small stains are repelled and if there’s a major spillage and you can’t get the mark out, you can claim on the policy and have the stained area replaced.
Arm covers protect the arms of your sofa. The arms get most wear and often look grubby quickly. Arm covers are easy to clean and will keep the arms underneath looking good for longer.
Delivery: when do you want or need your sofa? If you’re decorating or moving house you may not want your sofa for some time. On the other hand, if you’re sitting on orange boxes, or having a party, you may want it urgently! Some companies can take up to 16 weeks to deliver a custom made sofa. Check terms and conditions: you may be charged for storage if you need to delay delivery.
At Sofa Magic, we bend over backwards to help customers who need their sofa in a hurry and those who find they’re not ready for it. Our standard delivery is four to six weeks, but if this doesn’t work for you, talk to us and we’ll do what we can.
Getting the sofa in: often overlooked, getting sofas in and out of buildings can be an awkward business – not to mention disappointing if the conclusion is “it won’t fit”. Ask about access if you’re not sure and check the company’s policy.
