Ordering and delivery
Placing your order
Once the dimensions and design are confirmed and you’ve chosen your fabric or leather, you’re ready to place your order. It’s an exciting step.
You can do this in person or over the phone. We’ll talk through all the details with you and finalise the price. We will then require a deposit of 50% by bank transfer. The balance is due when the furniture is ready and before delivery.
Delivery
You can normally expect delivery within six to eight weeks from order, sometimes sooner. If fabrics or leathers are out of stock with our suppliers, we will keep you updated with expected delivery dates and do our utmost to minimise any delay to you.
